Loving-Kindness Meditation is an ancient Buddhist practice that cultivates goodwill, love, and compassion toward oneself and all sentient beings.

Loving-Kindness Meditation St. John’s will host a meditation each Sunday night at 8 pm NST on Zoom and Facebook Live.

Hosts will vary but will always bring up the vibe of the group and the planet.
